The Ubertests Promise
Your health journey and satisfaction are our top priorities. We understand that plans can change, and we've designed our refund policy to be as clear, fair, and supportive as possible. This policy covers our two service types: Local Lab Testing (digital requisition) and At-Home Collection Kits (shipped product).
Our Refund & Replacement Options

✅ Full Refund
This option is for when you change your mind shortly after ordering.
Eligibility: A full refund to your original payment method is available.
Conditions: You must request cancellation before your order is processed. This means before a physician review is completed for a local lab test, or before an at-home kit has been shipped.
🔄 Partial Refund (Local Lab Testing)
This option applies if you received your digital lab requisition but have not yet visited the lab.
Eligibility: Refund of the test price, minus a non-refundable $25 Physician Review & Processing Fee.
Conditions: Your request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
🔄 Partial Refund (At-Home Kit)
This option applies if your at-home kit has already shipped, but you have not used it.
Eligibility: Refund of the kit price, minus a non-refundable $35 Kit, Shipping & Physician Review Fee.
Conditions: Your request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. You do not need to return the kit.
➕ Free Replacement
This is our solution if the lab could not process your sample or your at-home kit arrived damaged.
Eligibility: We will provide a new lab requisition or ship a new at-home kit, completely free of charge.
Conditions: This is a one-time offer per order. You must notify us of the sample rejection or damage issue within 14 days of it occurring.
❌ No Refund
This applies once the service has been fully rendered.
Eligibility: Not eligible for a refund.
Conditions: This applies if you have already completed your sample collection at the lab or have used and shipped back your at-home collection kit.
Our Store Credit Bonus Offer!
For any situation that qualifies for a partial cash refund, you can choose to receive the amount as Ubertests Store Credit instead. As a thank you, we'll add a 10% bonus to your credit!
(Example: a $100 cash refund becomes $110 in store credit for your next order.)
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
Requesting support is simple. Please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Support team via email at support@ubertests.com.
- In your email, please include your Order Number and a brief description of your reason for the request.
- Our team will review your request based on the policy above and respond within 1-2 business days with the status and next steps.
Refund Processing Timeline
Once a cash refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, as processing times can vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Satisfaction Policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will always apply to your order.
